When you select "standard shaft" option for your f:aktor irons, this will be our 100% carbon shaft in the flex you choose. This shaft is perfectly tuned for ALL f:aktor irons including wedges to give you ultimate feel and playability.
If you select the "MADE FOR YOU" shaft option, this is where you know exactly what shaft you want and we will secure that for you. Sometimes the pricing remains the same but there are many high-end shafts out there that will incur a change in pricing. We will reach out and discuss this with you prior to building, or contact us at anytime for a quote for your MADE FOR YOU order.
The DTC (direct to consumer) model has become very popular in letting new brands come to market and offer better pricing by being able to cut out the middleman. In theory it’s great. The only problem with some of these brands is you will generally be getting an iron made with less expensive steel or hollow bodied irons with real gimmicky marketing. We offer the absolute best quality steel, with the best forging possible, at the lowest price you will find for an iron like this. No smoke and mirrors, no silly marketing tactics. Simply put there is no better feel you will get than from a true forged iron head. The combination of a high quality steel like the s20c we use for our f:aktor irons and the thousands of years old forging process for hardening steel, is the key to making the softest best feeling iron material you can own. No hollow filled bodies, no elastomers, no screw weights or gizmos or gadgets. Just a pure steel work of art. We feel we have struck the perfect balance, using the best proven materials, to create our f:aktor iron lineup.
These two irons sets share a very similar profile and playability. The leading edge on the Stryke is more pronounced and was much more expensive to manufacture, so it is our premium option. You will be happy with either iron set.
Once you place an order you can expect it to ship within 3-7 business days. This is much better than most clubs on the market 2-4 week lead times.
