RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return policy on our STOCK irons ONLY. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom-built iron sets featuring any MADE FOR YOU shafts or any custom shaft requests are specially ordered for your purchase and, as such, cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Initiating a Return:
To start a return, contact us at info@faktorgolf.com. Please note that f:aktor Golf does not cover the cost of returning an order. For a smooth return process, wait for our acknowledgement via email before sending the item back. We recommend using a tracked service for the return to ensure the item's safe and timely arrival. This also allows us to confirm receipt of your return.

 

Exchanges:
The quickest way to replace an item is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll inform you whether the refund was approved. If so, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.


Backorder Refund Eligibility:
When you place an order for an item that is on backorder, we understand that you're making a commitment without immediate fulfillment. We value your trust and patience in waiting for these high-demand products. Here’s what you need to know about refunds for backordered items:


If you change your mind shortly after placing a backorder and the item has not yet been processed for shipping, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for the best chance of canceling without any fees.
Once a backordered item has been processed for shipping, the order can no longer be canceled. At this stage, our standard return policy applies.
